Welcome back, we're glad to have you!
We have been silent but busy taking the time to plan out and prepare articles for our three online publications; Morning Dew, Curiosity's Corner, and Review Starlight. Community maintenance is just as important as community building and we'd like to provide the resources for both, bridging the gap between artists (in all fields) that are just getting started and those that want to continue having those important discussions about the industry and how it's shaping. We also want to highlight different comics (and soon prose/poetry) so that we are all discovering someone new to commune with.
It expands past just talking about it though! We have to help our communities in every way we can:

This is a story set in Toronto, 20XX following Gigi and Tokui, two connectors who have just stolen incriminating data from a major corporation - now on the run from a pair of assassins. Gigi and Tokui hole up in Black Plastic, a 16-storey monolith of a building devoted entirely to karaoke. Will they make it out or will the last thing they see be the bright lights of lyrics across a karaoke machine?

Anthologies!
While there is no comic anthology in the works right now, we are working on WildStar's first Prose/Poetry anthology! We're dedicated to expanding our publisher to more than just the online publications this year. We made the announcement, now it's time to pick it up and put it into motion.
Online Publications!
If you haven't seen our most recent statement, we'll be looking for more writer's soon to bring more life and color to our three publications, starting with Review Starlight! We'll make a post about it, but if you're eager, read the statement and see how you too can be apart of the WildStar Press Universe.
Comic Submissions
As much as I'd (Akira) love to open comic submissions right here and right now, it's not sustainable just yet! Small publisher means we have to work within our means but that doesn't mean there WON'T be open submissions - just check back as the year progresses.

We're in a time where more and more indie publishers are cropping up in light of larger industries failures, and as you all know, like the rest, we rely on all of your support to keep our vision alive. So this is a reminder that we appreciate you sticking with us for this long and seeing us grow this far. Even if we slow down here and there, we don't have any plans on stopping.

Tell your local comic shops about us! WildStar Press offers a Retailer Discount for shops that want to purchase are books.
Tell your friends! There's a comic for everyone here and we're trying to get these comics in everyone's hands.
Donate! We have a Ko-Fi page! All proceeds go back into the Press website maintenance, book printing, and more!
